Ingredients
- 6 bananas
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- ½ cup soy milk
Instructions
- Peel bananas and cut into ½ inch chunks.
- Freeze banana chunks for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight).
- Place frozen banana chunks, peanut butter and soy milk in a food processor.
- Blend until they are the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
- Serve immediately.
Top with fresh strawberries or blueberries for additional nutrients and a burst of fresh flavor.
