Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1 cup sweet peppers, chopped
- ¼ cup green onion, chopped
- 3-4 tablespoons basil, chopped
- ½ cup mozzarella, diced (or pearls)
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup pesto sauce
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
