Omar Ramos, Program Development and Operations Manager

As the Program Development and Operations Manager at Waterford Place Cancer Resource Center, Omar focuses on creating programs that support cancer survivors and their families. He works closely with teams and community partners to provide services that meet the real needs of those affected by cancer. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Omar is dedicated to making resources accessible and meaningful for everyone. Erica has 13 years of experience providing administrative support in various medical settings and is bilingual in Spanish and English. In her role as the Program and Administrative Support Coordinator, Erica will be providing programmatic and administrative support for our evening programming.

Ruth Medrano, Administrative Assistant

Ruth Medrano is the Administrative Assistant at Waterford Place Cancer Resource Center, bringing over 10 years of experience in administration and operations. She joined the team after serving in the City of Aurora's Innovation and Strategy Division, where she managed data, budgets, and supported large city events. Fluent in Spanish, Ruth excels at organizing communications, managing reports, and coordinating various administrative functions. Her strong problem-solving skills and collaborative approach ensure efficient support for both the team and the community we serve.
