Besard Fype offers massage therapy at Rush Copley Healthplex to benefit clients.
Stress can have a negative effect on the body, but massage can help ease this stress. That’s why Besard Fype, LMT, a massage therapist at Rush Copley Healthplex, chose his field.
“Nearly everyone gets stress from something on a daily basis,” Fype says. “Massage can help the client cope with it and make everyday life go smoother.”
Massage therapy can improve blood circulation, decrease stiffness and joint inflammation and help with sleep quality.
Fype has been with the Healthplex for nearly a year, specializing in neuromuscular and trigger point therapies, sports massage and Swedish massage. He earned his credentials through the College of DuPage Massage Therapy Licensure Program.
He enjoys providing massage at the Healthplex because it has “a nice relaxing vibe. The facility also offers cold plunges and saunas, which when combined with massage, can have a very therapeutic effect,” he says.
If a massage would help ease your stress, consider scheduling with massage therapist Besard Fype. He has appointments available weekday evenings and Sundays. To schedule, call (630) 978-6280.
