Care is available for adults, seniors and children ages three months and older. DispatchHealth is available daily, including weekends and holidays.

How DispatchHealth Works

Request care: You can request urgent care services by calling (773) 739-6717 or visiting DispatchHealth.com.

Explain your symptoms: Let us know what symptoms you are having and any other important information.

Get care at home: Our experienced medical providers arrive within a few hours to provide treatment. Each team includes a nurse practitioner or physician assistant, along with a medical technician. An on-call emergency medicine physician is always available by phone for consultations. Our team will arrive in a clearly marked vehicle so you know who they are right away.

We take care of the rest: We will call in any prescriptions you might need, update your doctor and work directly with your insurance to process billing.

Accepted Insurances

DispatchHealth is in-network with most health insurance plans and is often the same out-of-pocket cost of an in-network urgent care center. Please contact DispatchHealth for more information about your specific insurance plan. An affordable flat fee is available for uninsured patients.
