More than 40 Rush physicians were named “Top Disease Doctors” in the June/July 2020 issue of Chicago magazine. The list of Chicago-area doctors was compiled by Castle Connolly Medical, a health care research and information company, from a survey of fellow physicians.
The list included physicians at Rush University Medical Center, Rush Oak Park Hospital and Rush Copley Medical Center. All of Rush University Medical Center’s gynecologic oncologists were selected as Top Disease Doctors.
Chicago magazine also highlighted Dr. Elizabeth McAninch in a “Local Breakthroughs” section for her team’s Alzheimer’s disease research.
The following are the physicians at Rush who were selected by their peers as among the best. Doctors’ names are arranged alphabetically by specialty (unless otherwise noted, all are doctors at Rush University Medical Center).
