Rush Connect makes it easy to get health services the same way you get everything else: online, when and where you need it.
More than just the latest tech startup, Rush Connect is powered by one of the nation’s top health systems.
“Our Rush Connect services, like all our care options, are grounded in research and medical expertise,” says Paul Casey, MD, senior vice president and chief medical officer of Rush University Medical Center.
“We are proud to introduce this new line of care choices that are as convenient as you expect when you’ve got a sniffle, while also ensuring you have access to all of the expertise and comprehensive care your family needs when it’s something more serious.”
Learn how to get care through Rush Connect:
- Virtual Specialty Care. Need help from a specialist? We have appointments available today or tomorrow. Use your computer or mobile device to talk to a provider about your heart, urinary and sexual health, hair regrowth, skin issues, or ear, nose or throat problems. We’ll be adding many more conditions soon.
- Virtual Urgent Care. If you’re sick, you can talk to a Rush urgent care provider in the next 20 minutes. Minor infections, cold or flu symptoms, skin issues, eye problems, headaches and 40+ other conditions can be treated from the comfort of your home — during the day and with extended evening hours.
- Rush Primary, Virtual First. Rush Primary, Virtual First is an innovative primary care clinic that supports patients with a comprehensive care team, including a physician, advanced practice provider, social worker, medical assistant, registered nurse and pharmacist. The team is available to patients both in-person two days a week and virtually for three days, accessible through MyChart messages, phone calls, virtual visits or in-person appointments.
- E-visits. Turn your doctor’s appointment into an email. Fill out our questionnaire, and we’ll respond via MyChart with a treatment plan and a prescription if appropriate.
- Self-scheduled cancer screenings. We know that catching cancer early improves outcomes. Scheduling is available now for lung cancer and breast cancer screenings in patients who qualify.
Use our redesigned appointment scheduling web page, now including an AI-powered chatbot and symptom checker, to find the best in-person or virtual Rush care options for you.
