Deep Brain Stimulator Registry

This study will document characteristics of real-world outcomes for Boston Scientific Corporation’s commercially approved Vercise™ System for Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS), when used according to the applicable Instructions for Use.

If you have talked with your neurologist and plan to have deep brain stimulation surgery using the Vercise™ System, you may qualify for this registry study.

In order to participate you must meet the following criteria:

• Plan to receive currently available Vercise™ System and/or any new Commercially Approved components (i.e., leads, extension, Adaptor, CP, etc.) compatible with the Vercise System.
• Are at least 18 years of age.
