Clinical Trial Title
Understanding COVID-19 Vaccine Hesitancy Among Health Care WorkersContact Information
Clinical Trial Protocol Description:
Investigators at multiple Chicago area hospitals are doing a research study to identify the motivators and barriers to COVID-19 vaccine uptake among health care workers. We would like you to participate in this study; however, participation is voluntary. The outcomes of this study are intended to inform design and implementation of a more effective vaccination campaign.
If you choose to be in the study, you will complete an online survey. It will take about 5-10 minutes to complete and is intended to gauge one’s beliefs and attitudes toward receiving a vaccination against COVID-19. You can skip questions that you do not want to answer or stop the survey at any time. Confidentiality will be maintained to the degree permitted by the technology used. Your participation in this online survey involves risks similar to a person’s everyday use of the Internet. The survey does not request your name or other information that could be used to directly identify you.
