Clinical Trial Protocol Description:

Prospective multicenter randomized controlled trial (RCT) investigating whether Ablation Index-guided ventricular tachycardia (VT) ablation improves procedural efficiency, therapeutic efficacy, and safety in comparison to VT ablation guided by conventional strategies in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and with VT.

Clinical Trial Eligibility Criteria:

In order to participate you must meet the following criteria:

  • Are at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a history of coronary artery disease and ischemic cardiomyopathy.
  • Have sustained ventricular tachycardia documented by ECG or interrogation of your ICD device.
