• Cicero: Head north on South Laramie Avenue and turn left on West Flournoy Street. Merge onto I-290 W and follow until exit 21B. Turn right onto IL-43 N/Harlem Avenue. Turn right on Monroe Street then left on Maple Avenue. The hospital main entrance will be on the right and parking is available to the left.
• Chicago: Take I-290 W to exit 21B. Turn right onto IL-43 N/Harlem Avenue. Turn right on Monroe Street then left on Maple Avenue. The hospital main entrance will be on the right and parking is available to the left.
• Elmwood Park: Take Harlem Avenue/IL-43 south. Turn left on Monroe Street then right on Maple Avenue. The hospital main entrance will be on the left and parking is available to the right.
• Forest Park: Take Madison Street east and turn right on Maple Avenue. The hospital main entrance will be on the left and parking is available to the right.
• Maywood: Take Madison St. east and turn right on Maple Avenue. The hospital main entrance will be on the left and parking is available to the right.
• North Riverside: Head east and turn left on IL-43 N/Harlem Avenue. Turn right on Monroe Street then left on Maple Avenue. The hospital main entrance will be on the right and parking is available to the left.
• River Forest: Head east and turn right on IL-43 N/Harlem Avenue. Turn left on Monroe Street then right on Maple Avenue. The hospital main entrance will be on the left and parking is available to the right.
