When I walk through that door, I want every one of my patients to feel like they are the only patient I have to see that day. I want to give them my undivided attention to help me focus on their issues allowing me to make the correct diagnosis and provide the best treatment plan.

Arif Saleem, MD, is an experienced shoulder and elbow surgeon who is committed to providing his patients with the most advanced care available. He treats patients of all ages ranging from young athletes to older weekend warriors. Saleem manages many issues without surgery, but if surgery is necessary, he has over 15 years of experience with surgical treatment of complex shoulder and elbow problems. He uses leading edge technology combined with care and compassion to provide the best possible outcomes for his patients.
