My Endocrinologist is Mini Cherian, and I love her. She's very attentive and personable and my visits with her are easy and informative. I've lived in Batavia and Naperville within the past 5 years and there are hospitals closer to me that I could go to, but I stay at Rush because I like her so much as well as the facility and how easy scheduling is. All the staff I meet throughout my visit are lovely as well, including the front desk attendants when you first walk in.

Dr. Cherian is so caring with her approach. She includes me in every single decision and makes sure that I am well informed and able to make a decision WITH me rather than FOR me. She has been the first doctor to take my treatment plan so seriously and with such a wholistic approach. I would recommend her to anyone! She has really changed my life for the better!

Dr. Cherian has changed my life. I have been diagnosed with diabetes for almost 20 years, but never had a doctor or program that led to long-term successful treatment. I often went untreated for years due to my dissatisfaction with the care I was (or wasn't) being provided or the lack of success. Dr. Cherian takes her patient's success very personally, and it shows in everything she does. She personally answers questions on weekends and holidays. Her level of attention to every aspect of my treatment is better than any doctor I have ever had...for anything. I can't do enough to recommend her...because she has literally saved my life and given me hope to exceed what I thought was going to be a death sentence at a premature age.

This was my first visit with Dr. Cherian. She listened great, got all my history, and took the time to explain my conditions & treatment plan. No Dr. Has taken the time to explain this in such detail for me. I feel like I understand so much better now, and have a voice in my treatment.
