What is Telehealth?
Telehealth services, also known as telemedicine or virtual care, are digital options for getting care from a doctor from home. They allow you to connect with your health care providers without being present in person. Telehealth services include care options such as video visits, phone appointments and online questionnaires.

Why Choose Telehealth Services at Rush?
- Quality. No matter which telehealth services you use at Rush, you can expect safe, quality care from the same Rush providers who would treat you in person. And if for some reason your visit isn't appropriate for telemedicine, or if you require follow up, we can connect you to quality, in-person care.
- Convenience. Telehealth options let you connect to Rush providers without leaving home. Reduce your travel and wait times. In many cases, virtual visits offer more flexibility than in-person care.
