Community Event Requests
RUSH is available to support your community event. Please complete the survey linked below to share more information about your event so that we can consider participation.
At community events, RUSH teams may provide social needs screenings and resources, connect community members to programming, provide health education and promotion, support food distribution, partner referrals and more.
We cannot accommodate events with less than two weeks' notice. We require at least four weeks’ notice for clinical requests (e.g., vaccinations, testing, etc.).
If you have any questions about the request process, please reach out to CommunityEvents@RUSH.edu.
Sponsorship Requests
RUSH University Medical Center and The Office of Community Health Equity and Engagement exist to improve the health of individuals and diverse communities we serve on the West Side of Chicago, through the integration of outstanding patient care, education, research, and community initiatives and partnerships.
Excellence in healthcare also requires us to be the best possible stewards of our financial resources. At the same time, we recognize our role as an anchor institution in our region, and that we are an important partner in our community.
For more information, please review RUSH’s sponsorship request policy linked below.
The Office of Community Health Equity and Engagement is currently not accepting sponsorship requests. We encourage you to use the general RUSH Charitable Contributions Form linked below if your request aligns with our policy. Each submission will be reviewed individually based on available funding, and the amount provided may vary. Please ensure requests are submitted at least six weeks prior to your event.
